We operate the worlds largest network of international airport lounges and award-winning airport hospitality experiences and passenger service solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Regional General Manager (RGM) and key HQ and regional departments (Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Loyalty) to develop aggressive commercial strategies and sales pipelines that drive growth and exceed group objectives.Sales Leadership: Proactively drive sales and partnership development for Plaza Premium Group products, services, and technology solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and SWP. Negotiate high-value deals and contracts, delivering compelling proposals to financial institutions, corporates, and other key partners.Market Analysis: Analyze market conditions, commercial data, competitor strengths, and customer trends to uncover lucrative business opportunities and optimize sales strategies for maximum impact.Business Optimization: Review and refine business models, pricing solutions, and commercial processes, implementing innovative policies and procedures that enhance operational productivity and drive revenue growth.Project Management: Lead commercial projects and budgetary planning, ensuring timely and accurate execution in collaboration with external and internal partners, while maintaining a sharp focus on results.Performance Reporting: Prepare and present insightful weekly and monthly reports, effectively communicating new directives and strategic initiatives to HQ and regional teams to ensure clarity and alignment.Team Development: Coach and manage a small and dynamic commercial team, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve service excellence, monitor KPIs, and implement targeted training initiatives for continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring responsiveness and building strong, lasting relationships that facilitate sales growth.Executive Collaboration: Actively participate in regional executive team meetings to discuss P&L initiatives and align on key strategic objectives that enhance market positioning and drive profitability.CRM Implementation: Support the rollout of new CRM and booking systems, serving as a gatekeeper for larger booking inquiries and exceptional events to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.RequirementsExperience: 10 to 15 years of overall work experience, with at least the last 5 years specifically in solution-driven B2B sales, partnerships, and/or loyalty roles. Experience in the hospitality, financial services, or start-up companies is highly preferred.Leadership Role: Ideally, candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in an Associate Director role or equivalent. Senior Managers with similar experience will also be considered.Networking: A robust network with key decision-makers or individuals one level below in the financial services and hospitality industries is highly desirable.Mindset: The ideal candidate must be ambitious, highly driven, and eager to learn.
