In this role, you will oversee the busy sales floor, motivate sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service, and support them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.Enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment is essential. You will share your product knowledge, run coaching sessions to unlock sales potential, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will set personal KPIs and sales targets, leading by example.What to expect from the roleHold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to exceed themConduct store walks, understand the importance of visual merchandising and commercialityMonitor store sales figuresHandle escalated customer complaintsAchieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling skillsBuild strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary serviceManage store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cashing up, and administrative dutiesAssist with product and POS deliveriesOperate till systems, handle financial transactions, and follow security policiesThe successful candidateOur supervisors are ambassadors of the Pandora brand.
