We provide ample opportunities for career advancement through professional development and leadership training.Key ResponsibitiesProvide warehouse and distribution services, including but not limited to:Operate lifting equipmentPicking, packing and dispatching ordersUnpacking and checking stockStock-taking and generating basic reportsReceipt and dispatch itemsCo-ordinate dispatch transport and compile dispatch documentationInspect and maintain itemsAccurate; data entry, file records and documentationMove gases and fluid drums using correct material handling proceduresActive involvement in the continuous improvement of the warehouse and distribution processPersonal (i.e. individuals) health and safety performance and behaviour and that your acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of othersCompliance with Quality Assurance (QA) and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Policy and Procedures.Alerting the organisation of potential or known problems that affect the quality of LAS products and servicesRole requirementEssential Requirements:Certificate II in Warehousing & Storage or 2-5 years of industry experienceHigh Risk Forklift (LF) LicenseStrong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood customer service skills and a collaborative work styleAn understanding of supply chain & distribution along with basic ERP skillsMust be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testingPreferredHigh Risk Order Picker (LO) LicenseHigh Risk Boom Type Elevating Work Platform (WP) LicenseBenefits:Competitive pay rateOpportunity to Upskill with a Stable, Global Organisation$3000 referral programme, including paid parental leave, early access to LSLCorporate Health Insurance DiscountGenerous discounts for goods & services via our employee benefits program inc.
