In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and leaders seeking HR advice and support. Youll provide timely guidance on a range of HR matters, maintain key HR systems such as ServiceNow and Ellipse, and deliver high-quality administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partnering team.Your Role in ActionAccurate interpretation and advice on Western Power policies, procedures, relevant enterprise agreements and legislationCoordinate related administrative and advisory services consistent with HR best practice, relevant policies and procedures, awards, and corporate governance frameworksBuild effective relationships with key, internal and external stakeholdersProvide administrative support with processing Direct AppointmentsAssist HRBPs to drive actions which lead to increased leadership effectivenessReview and advise of any inconsistencies in business documentation that may result in riskCoordinate and coach formal leaders in the use of relevant HR Solutions Centre systemsProvide administrative project support to the HR function as requiredIdentify and recommend process improvement to HRSC processes to ensure efficiencies across the team, function, and wider businessAccurately maintain HR related information within Ellipse and ServiceNow to ensure core information supports the business requirements and reporting needsAbout youPrevious experience in a busy HR team, providing generalist advice, support, and administrative servicesDemonstrated success in building and maintaining good working relationships at all levels of an organisationSolid communication, writing and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detailStrong customer service focus and willingness to learn the businessExperience in utilising HR systems and Microsoft office suiteExcellent customer service skills with the ability to set work priorities and meet deadlinesWe value diversity and inclusivity, encouraging applications from all backgrounds, including women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
