HYPE is on the search for a people-focused, enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join the team.The Sales Assistant will work closely with Head of Sales to deliver an exceptional customer journey experience on HIP V. HYPE''s ParkLife 2 project in Brunswick, designed in collaboration with Austin Maynard Architects, and launching in September 2025.Whether you come from property, retail or hospitality, experience in sales or customer service is essential. HYPEs latest apartment project, 61 high performing apartments in the green spine of Brunswick, designed in collaboration with Austin Maynard Architects. Currently in Detailed Design, the project is set to launch sales in early September 2025.This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a thoughtful and design-led campaign, and to work with a team that values design, sustainability, integrity, and community.Skills, Experience & AttributesWe are looking for someone who is people-focused, proactive, and genuinely excited by great design and meaningful work.3+ years experience in a sales and/or customer service role is essential. Property, retail, or hospitality all welcome.Friendly, approachable, confident, and engaging with a natural ability to connect with people - both in person and on the phone.Strong emotional intelligence and a calm, thoughtful approach to customer interactions.Great time management and the ability to look ahead in a fast-moving environment.Proactive, organised, and always thinking one step ahead.Comfortable navigating change and managing an unpredictable workday.A keen eye for identifying opportunities to improve how we enhance the overall customer experience.Solid understanding of Melbournes inner north, particularly Brunswick, and a feel for the neighbourhood.A genuine interest in design, sustainability, and the work we do at HIP V. HYPE.Enthusiasm to learn the design detail of the ParkLife2 and share it with clarity and confidence.A strong personal alignment with HIP V. HYPEs values and a motivation to help shape a more sustainable, resilient future we deserve.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist and attend Design Presentation events at the Display SpaceCreate a warm, welcoming experience for visitors greet guests and ensure they feel comfortable ahead of their appointment.Support Head of Sales, Katya Crema, with scheduling, confirming and attending private appointments in the Display Space.Assist during private appointments and open days (MonSat).Manage and regularly replenish display suite supplies (e.g. milk, coffee, floorplans, brochures, marketing collateral).Prepare and serve coffee for customers using the in house espresso machine.Respond to sales enquiries (phone and email) as delegated by Head of SalesSupport with CRM data entry, lead follow-up, appointment scheduling and confirmations.Assist with weekly sales reporting.Provide general day-to-day support to the Head of Sales as needed.This role is perfect for someone who is organised, people-focused, and eager to learn and develop/ deploy customer service skills.OtherCurrent Driver''s Licence.
