We understand the importance of coming to work each day motivated and leaving with a sense of achievement.What are we looking for?We are seeking an experienced Caravan Workshop Foreman or Senior Technician, with repair experience looking for a promotion, who can hit the ground running!The Workshop Foreman is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations by planning, monitoring, and controlling all servicing and repairs that come in and go out.We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, problem solve, think on your feet, and prioritise and delegate tasks. This is a hands-on role, without micro-management or top-down stress that comes with working for some larger companies.We are in a newly-built, large workshop, and large equipment and consumables are provided, but it is expected that the candidate has sufficient tools of their own as well.Permanent full-time positionSOR Location Forrestdale | Newly built state-of-the-art workshopAttractive salary | Monthly bonuses and quarterly bonusesCompany phone and vehicle provided!Key TasksManage, supervise, and coordinate a team of 10 technicians, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.Maintain workshop efficiency and foster a productive work environment.Support our Business Owners and Service Advisors in liaising with customers.Maintain a safe work environment, and ensure proper use of equipment.Liaise with management, other departments, and customers regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.Provide technical guidance to the team and report on progress to Business Owners and Service Advisors.Skills and experience:Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Caravan Technician experience is essential to hit the ground running in this role.Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and Business Owners.High attention to detail.The ability to lead and work in a team environment.Outstanding time management and organisational skills.We will be commencing interviews from 21st July 2025, so please submit your resume and cover letter outlining why you would be a suitable fit for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
