Someone whos scaled teams before and knows how to bring structure, clarity and energy to a large team thats always in motion.This role is about building something sustainable and scalable, without losing the heart of what makes it special.About the roleThis is a senior leadership role, reporting to the CEO and responsible for:Building operational systems that support quality, safety and consistencyManaging and growing a team of staff, casual facilitators, and contracted specialistsCreating structure that supports both short-term contributors and long-term team membersMentoring, developing and inspiring a diverse group with different goals, timelines and motivationsOverseeing scheduling, risk, compliance, reporting, budgeting and performanceCollaborating across the organisation to ensure delivery matches ambitionLeading our team of heroes in the delivery of all zero2hero programs (camps, school workshops, community initiatives and more)Youll be the person ensuring that every young person who comes through a zero2hero program gets a consistent, safe, meaningful experience, regardless of where they are or whos delivering it.Who you areYoure a builder.
