The hotel offers a fantastic food and beverage experience with Mobius Bar & Grill on-sitea relaxed and flexible environment serving both in-house and external guests.Our Director of Food & Beverage, Leigh, is currently seeking a passionate Full-time Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee our teams and ensure exceptional customer service for our guests.Support revenue initiatives, maintain cost control, and achieve Total Customer SatisfactionFamiliarize with VIP and regular guests to enhance personalized serviceEnsure all F&B service staff receive appropriate training to meet operational standardsHandle guest challenges and situations, and participate in the emergency response teamOrganize work for team members, supervise, coordinate, and plan daily activitiesPromote constant innovation in F&B products and servicesMaintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentationQualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role (either an experienced F&B Supervisor seeking to step up or an F&B Duty Manager looking for a change)Excellent hands-on approach and communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfactionStrong attention to detailGood grooming standardsEffective time management with the ability to plan and prioritizeMust hold a valid RSAAvailable to work a flexible rosterThe right to work full-time in Australia no sponsorship is available for this positionAt Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEART!Join us and write your own story in hospitality.
