Marketing and Administration CoordinatorGold CoastNFL Australia is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing and Administration Coordinator to support the implementation of marketing strategies aimed at expanding fan engagement and brand growth across Australia and New Zealand. Join our team and be an integral part of shaping the future of the NFL in Australia and New Zealand!ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive fan engagement and revenue growth for NFL Australia.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and fan growth strategies to enhance engagement and revenue.Create and execute marketing campaigns designed to boost TV viewership and content consumption.Plan and deliver local events, including Fan Watch Parties, Player Visits, and other activations.Manage fan communications, ensuring effective engagement with the NFL Australia database while driving acquisition and retention strategies.Support the execution of youth marketing, content creation, and influencer marketing initiatives.Develop commercial sales pitch materials and assist in partner marketing campaigns.Drive consumer product marketing initiatives, supporting merchandise and gaming sales targets.Monitor performance metrics, providing regular reporting and analytics to track success.Handle office administration duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Required Qualifications2 or more years of experience in a marketing role or with a marketing degree.A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independentlyAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, and communicate effectively to all stakeholders, both internally and externallyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret insights and data to drive marketing strategiesCreative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindsetStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency in using Canva, PowerPoint, Excel and Word to develop presentationsAt the NFL, in-person work at our offices is a top priority because it allows us to collaborate more effectively, build stronger connections, and maintain the culture that drives our success.
