$71,197 $73,435 per year(pro rata), plus SuperDownlands College is currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Junior School staff.This is a full-time, permanent School Officer position to commence in Term 3,2025. There is some limited scope to negotiate additional unpaid release over school holiday periods, where workloads permit.Responsibilities include a range of office duties such as:Maintaining the Junior School Timetable and Reporting programsPerforming tasks associated with College Reception and client relationsAssisting with records management, maintenance and data entryAssisting students, parents, prospective parents and other community membersAssisting students with first aid and medical attentionQualifications and ExperienceThe successful applicant will possess relevant qualifications in office administration, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education.
