We will open in August, with a July start date, allowing you to network and train within the Bupa Dental network until opening day.Learn more about our practice here.The Opportunity:We offer a versatile, exciting, and rewarding full-time position at our Crows Nest, NSW practice for a dual role Dental Assistant/Receptionist:Maintain excellent customer and team culture by providing outstanding patient servicePrepare patients and facilities for dental treatmentsAssist dentists chairside with quality supportCoordinate treatmentsSterilise instruments and maintain infection control standardsGreet patients and provide a positive first impressionAdditional responsibilities include:Manage appointments, answer calls, update patient recordsPromote dental services and special offers to patientsHandle payments securelyMaintain patient confidentialityBuild and maintain friendly relationships with patientsYou will be:Open to applicants of all experience levels; prior experience is highly regardedCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is preferred but not requiredA motivated self-starter, adaptable to a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganized with keen attention to detailCapable of building rapport with patients in a cheerful mannerApply now!
