Our company values of Collaboration, Recognition & Respect are embedded into every level of the business, ensuring that all individuals joining our team benefit from an existing positive workplace culture.About the Role:Review and endorse Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) involving complex traffic management arrangements (for works or events on roads).Undertake Suitability Audits of TMPs involving complex traffic arrangements.Undertake Compliance Audits of TMPs involving complex traffic arrangements.Undertake Risk Management, and preparation or endorsement of any TMP that proposes to implement a lesser treatment than that required by the code, Austroads Guide to Temporary Traffic Management or Australian Standards 1742.3.Give guidance and Technical Support to our Internal Planning Team.About You:An organized, driven and reliable leader with experience and ability to supervise, motivate and guide individuals to achieve excellent outcomes.Thrive on delivering meaningful change and connecting with others, following a shared purpose.Able to confidently communicate and connect with others to build and maintain successful business relationships with various internal and external units, while demonstrating well-developed interpersonal skills.A high attention to the technical details within Complex TMP designs with a focus on compliance and safety.Ability to skillfully balance and appropriately address stakeholder considerations and requirements, while ensuring projected targets are met.Proactive within professional settings and take initiative through the lens of problem-solving and reaching viable and effective outcomes.Permanent Full-Time RoleSalary Range $140k-$160k Based on Experience + Superannuation.Company Vehicle, Laptop, and Phone ProvidedCollaborative Office EnvironmentResults-driven, Productivity and Performance-Based PositionUnparalleled Company Culture Within the IndustryDuties will include but not be limited to:Ensure deadlines and delivery time-frames are met without compromising standards of quality, in order to ensure efficient business-wide operations, in cooperation with relevant departments, such as Scheduling and Quotes.Provide guidance, mentorship and training opportunities within the areas of the Traffic Management Planning TeamReview existing Traffic Management Planning policies and procedures when requested or required, for the purposes ofcontinual improvement, and provide feedback to Senior Management as needed.Collaborate with internal or external auditors as required to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.Review and endorse Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) Involving Complex Traffic Management arrangements for Works or Events on roads.Undertake Suitability Audits of (TMPs) involving complex traffic arrangements.Undertake Compliance Audits of (TMPs) involving complex traffic arrangements.Undertake Risk Management, and preparation or endorsement of any TMP that proposes to Implement a lesser treatment that that required by the code, AGTTM''s or AS 1742.3.Submit (TMPs) for LGA or MRWA approval, as required.Positively contribute to existing company workplace culture, and further enhancing it.Key Skills & Qualities:RTM accreditation.Current WA Drivers License.Ability to efficiently and effectively lead a team, as well as collaborate well with others.Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc).Working knowledge & recent experiencewithAutoCAD and/or RapidPlan.Direct experience within Traffic Management, specifically TM design and planning.Highly developed time management skills in a team & individual setting.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchResearching careers?
