This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a front-of-house environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. Youll be proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth operation of our office.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Being the first point of contact for visitor, client and employee enquiries, creating a welcoming environment for allGreeting and inducting visitors and maintaining a welcoming reception areaCoordinating incoming and outgoing mail, courier bookings, and invoice reconciliationSupporting general office operations including stationery, kitchen supplies, and facilities maintenanceSupport coordination of internal and external events when requiredAssisting with onboarding tasks for new starters, contractors, and work experience placementsWhat would you bring to the team?Previous experience in a reception or administrative support role, ideally 3+ yearsExcellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional workplace service experienceStrong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitaskAbility to provide administrative support with proficiency in MS Office packages including Teams, Word and ExcelA collaborative, respectful approach aligned with GHDs values of Safety, Teamwork, Respect, and IntegrityWhilst our preference is a full-time role, we are open to part-time arrangements.Interested?
