Job Title

This role will be responsible for coordination and delivery of high-quality on-ground logistics for wawa biik cultural experiences, and community and organisational events. They will also be required to provide assistance with marketing and communications and key advocacy and engagement projects, that reflect the long-term interests and needs of the Taungurung community.Status: Full-timeLocation: Broadford (with WFH opportunities)Full position description available here.Key duties:Provide operational and marketing support for wawa biik cultural experiences and be present on tours and relevant activities for event set up and pack downDevelop and deliver community events that maximise opportunities for the Taungurung community to come togetherDevelop and deliver organisational events and communications and marketing that support internal and external collaboration, partnerships, advocacy, and positive organisational cultureCollaborate across organisational teams to provide a range of event support servicesAssist in delivering wawa biik marketing initiatives through development and delivery of timely and relevant content using digital and traditional marketing channels.Liaise with Taungurung community, stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and government agencies related to the requirements of the role as directedParticipate as necessary in relevant committees, workshops and dialogues that will contribute to Taungurung recognition, opportunity and influence related to the requirements of the role as directed.Prepare, monitor, and report against project plans, and ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scopeAnalyse, assess and report on projects and events and provide recommendations to improve performance and outcomesMonitor funding agreements and prepare such reports as may be required to fulfil the conditions of funding bodiesTo apply:Submit the following documents to jobs@tlawc.com.au;Document addressing the key selection criteriaResumeDetails of two professional referees #J-18808-Ljbffr
