The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, ensuring that internal functions operate efficiently and are aligned with broader business goals. Reporting directly to the Founder, this role plays a critical part in supporting the companys continued growth.Key Responsibilities:Operations & StrategyManage daily operations across wholesale, retail, e-commerce, production, and logisticsFacilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams and partnersLead operational planning, process improvements, and system implementationDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and internal reporting frameworksSupply Chain & ProductionOversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including supplier management, raw material tracking, and delivery timelinesManage inventory, warehousing, and product movementEnsure seasonal product collections are delivered on time and within budgetRetail & E-CommerceMonitor retail and online performance, including inventory levels and reportingSupport product launches and seasonal campaign executionContribute to a consistent and aligned customer experience across all channelsFinance & AdministrationAssist with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost controlLiaise with external accountants and bookkeepers on cash flow, payroll, and complianceMaintain oversight of financial and administrative systemsLead a small, cross-functional team and support a high-performance cultureSet team KPIs and manage performance reviewsRecruit and onboard new staff in line with business needsCandidate Profile:Minimum 5 years experience in operations, production, or general management within fashion, retail, or consumer goodsStrong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory systems, and operational workflowsProficient in systems such as ERP platforms, inventory software, Shopify, and XeroDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented, commercially minded, and highly organisedAble to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentInterested?
