The Role This year-round, full-time role reports to the Business Operations Manager (BOM) and works closely with all Victorian BOMs and Area Managers. You will primarily manage the commissioning and decommissioning of our Regional Seasonal Venues across Victoria, covering over 40 venues in LGAs including Alpine, Indigo, Bendigo, Glenelg, Loddon, Mansfield, Murray River, Pyrenees, Strathbogie, Swan Hill, Wentworth, and Yarra Ranges. The role involves hands-on application of education, mentoring, and coaching strategies to empower venue teams to effectively manage aquatic venues. Based out of Belgravia-operated venues and linked closely with regional and area management teams, you will oversee pre-season operational requirements, including recruitment, risk management, facility presentation, training, and induction, providing hands-on support as needed. This position requires travel throughout regional Victoria to the specified LGAs. During the off-peak season (April August), it will be based at one of our year-round venues.
