This pivotal role oversees our cloud-based Microsoft365 infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and aligned with organisational goals. You will manage service providers, lead ICT planning and reporting, and drive our ISO 27001 certification project.This is a leadership role with broad responsibilities across ICT strategy, infrastructure, security, contract management, and user support. Youll be instrumental in shaping our technology landscape and ensuring our systems support the delivery of high-quality health services across Tasmania.What would you be doingYour key responsibilities would be. Lead ICT strategy, capability planning, and reporting. Manage ICT service providers and ICT consulting contracts (MSPs, infrastructure improvement project and cyber security consultants). Oversee system administration and infrastructure performance. Drive information security initiatives and ISO 27001 certification. Manage ICT procurement, asset register, and user onboarding/offboarding. Deliver staff training and cyber awareness programs. Lead ICT projects including equipment upgrades and new technology deployments.Here''s what youll look like Qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in ICT strategy, infrastructure, and information security. Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and network systems. Excellent contract management, leadership, and communication skills. You can translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences, and inspire engagement through change Experience with ISO 27001 or other security frameworks (desirable). A current drivers licence (desirable).
