What does the job look like?Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive excellence while managing the day-to-day operations. This role requires you to work afternoon shifts starting at 12:00. Key areas include:Accountability for all operational aspects of the branch and ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered toAssisting in the coordination and supervision of employeesSupporting daily planning, resource allocation and staff rostering to ensure smooth and efficient operationsMaintaining excellent customer service levels with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee delivery requirements are achievedDriving initiatives to maintaining and improve OH&S programsAre you the one?As a results driven individual you are motivated to lead your team to success.
