Director of Sales & Marketing (Bali Based) Alcoholic BeverageAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsWe are a fast-growing company in the premium alcoholic beverage sector, seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our strategic expansion across Indonesia and selected international markets. This senior leadership position will be based in Bali, a central hub for our operations and brand growth.As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys sales strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and building partnerships within the hospitality, retail, and distribution segments.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies across multiple product categories: beer, wine, and spirits Lead national and international business development initiatives to grow market share and revenue Oversee performance of the sales & marketing teams, providing strategic direction and mentorship Build and manage key client relationships, especially within hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, and retail distributors Lead product positioning, brand campaigns, and trade marketing activities aligned with premium brand standards Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly Collaborate with production and operations teams to align supply with demand forecasts Manage annual budgets, targets, and reporting for sales & marketing departmentsQualifications Expatriate with proven experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, preferably in Asia-Pacific markets Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Strong knowledge of the Indonesian F&B or hospitality market, especially Bali, Jakarta, and major urban centers Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, launching products, and managing multi-channel strategies Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferredWhat We Offer A strategic leadership role with room to influence brand and market direction Opportunity to work in Balis dynamic F&B and lifestyle sector Supportive and innovative company cultureUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Berapa gaji bulanan yang kamu inginkan?
