Reporting to the store manager, you will support them in ensuring the store''s commercial success and managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets while setting an example in exemplary Pandora customer service.Focus on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, organising teams to optimise sales, managing security, team rotas, and tracking sales performance.Manage the store''s successful running and trading in the absence of the store manager.Maintain a strong retail floor presence, managing team presence around the store and influencing the sales environment.Receive thorough training in our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert and support team development.The successful candidateOur Assistant Store Managers are ambassadors of the Pandora brand.
