Youll play a key role in delivering capital projects across a portfolio of manufacturing and processing sitesworking closely with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and engineering teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage full project life cycles, from feasibility and design through to procurement, delivery, and handoverOversee contractor management, procurement, cost control, and schedulingEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all project phasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering solutions with operational requirementsDevelop and maintain project documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluationsWhat Were Looking For:A strong track record in delivering capital projects within FMCG, food & beverage, or related manufacturing environmentsTertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or similar)Proficiency in CAD and project management softwareExcellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and leadership skillsProven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budgetWhy Apply?This is a rare opportunity to join a business at a time of significant growth and transformation.
