In conjunction with Monaro Fuel Haulage (Monaro), a related family business, the ECC & Monaro Group provides services across Australia, specialising in bulk liquids, general freight & dangerous goods.About the RoleWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Casual Truck Detailer/Yard Hand to join the team based out our Gracemere Depot. If you enjoy working outdoors and getting your hands dirty, this role might be the role for you! As a member of the Gracemere team, you will be tasked with efficiently washing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles and assisting the maintenance team and other trades where required.This unique opportunity could lead to an apprenticeship in heavy vehicle qualifications within our internal workshops, or a traineeship with the chance to obtain your HC/MC license and transition into a driving role.The OpportunityCasual position, Monday to Friday with 3am startsAttractive remuneration package + super + weekly pay cycleAll uniforms & PPE providedTraining with trade industry professionals, including Fuel Haulage if you are new to the industrySkills & Experience:Previous detailing experience on Kenworth Trucks would be held in high regardHold a current manual car Drivers licensePhysically fit with the capability of performing physical outdoor dutiesProven culture of safety, understanding hazard identification and risk assessment processExcellent communication skills and a team focused attitudeA proactive approach to all tasksHighly motivated and self-driven with high attention to detailEmerald Carrying Company is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
