The ideal candidate will be able to work at a fast pace, be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg, hold a valid & current forklift license and be a team player. A current HR licence will be very favourably regarded.Hours: Night Shift - CasualVarious days between Monday to Friday, 4pm to 12am.Flexibility in start and finish times may be required, as some extra hours may be required from time to time.Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Completing pre-start checklists and inspections on forklifts, reporting any defects or issues promptlyOperate reach and counterbalance forklifts and electric pallet jacksPick and pack goods from dry, chiller, freezer and chemical warehouses for loading and dispatchWrap pallets securely to ensure safe storage and delivery.Ensure that truck movements on/off the dock or around the yard are conducted by licensed personnel onlyPerform general cleaning duties, including spill management and bin emptying.Report any incidents, injuries and damage to the workplace as they occurAdhere to and understand all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) procedures.Comply with all company policies and procedures.Skills and AttributesMust have the right to work full-time in Australia.Previous experience (2+ years) in a similar role, food industry experience highly regardedHold a valid Drivers license and LF Forklift licensePossess a strong work ethic, reliable and punctual.Maintain physical capability to perform the tasks.Strong organizational and time management skills.Exhibit a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy, to enable accurate identification of products and quantitiesExcellent communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret instructions, write legibly for documentation purposes, and engage in verbal communicationsDemonstrate honesty and integrity in all dealingsCold temperature experience highly regardedCurrent HR LicenseExperience with RF scannersStaff discounts on over 6,000 products.Free onsite parking.Access to a free Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Opportunities for training and development.How to Apply:If you''re looking for a fast-paced, diverse and interesting role, then we want to hear from you!
