Our used car yards are located in Wangaratta, Benalla, Mansfield, Yarrawonga, and Kyabram.The Opportunity:Yarrawonga Ford is currently seeking a full-time Spare Parts Interpreter & Service Receptionist to join their dealership in Yarrawonga.The Role:This dual role includes all facets of reception and office administration related to the service and spare parts departments of a motor vehicle dealership. Working within the fast-paced service department and reporting to the Service Manager, this position is the first point of contact for face-to-face, email, and telephone enquiries. You will also manage the parts department, including ordering parts, dealing with customer and trade enquiries, and organising parts for the workshop. Customer service skills and a high level of organisational skills are essential.
