The allied health workforce is supported to achieve clinical excellence through a commitment to improving quality, creating continuous improvement opportunities and a culture of learning and development.About the role:In this role you will assist the Team Leader Allied Health Assistants with the coordination of the Allied Health Assistant Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast and Mount Morgan team to ensure provision of efficient, effective and high-quality patient care.Contribute to consumer care by providing advanced clinical support tasks delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of a health professional.Support and mentor less experienced allied health assistants.Work as a member of a trans-disciplinary team, delivering clinical services to consumers in the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Services area, covering a range of clinical conditions and complexity.
