You''ll also:Assist in preparing briefing notes, statistical data and presentations, andagendas and minutes for departmental meetingsAssist with the departments reporting, budget and procurement processesAssist in the review and update of template letters, forms, customer service reference information and databases to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with processesDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholdersContribute to a positive team environment.We''re looking for a great admin and customer service professional, with experience in a high volume, customer focussed environment.
