Coordinate with the management team, including the President, Estimator/Salesman, Construction Superintendent, and Administration/Accounting Manager. Oversee installations carried out by small crews, varying in scope and duration. Develop project scope and schedules, review purchase orders and sub-contract documents. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Supervise and coordinate multiple crews, providing training, scheduling, and quality monitoring. Track and manage project budgets, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with clients, handle scope and cost negotiations, and resolve issues. Ensure proper documentation and safety compliance. Manage union labor if required and support bidding processes. Qualifications: Construction trades experience with a proven track record in project management or supervision. Knowledge of project management tools and construction industry standards. Ability to work with industry-specific codes (CSA, UL, NFPA).
