We are building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality products in a highly competitive market.Description:About The RoleDue to the continual growth of our organisation, we are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Account Manager to join our Launceston or Hobart branch.Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:Analyse current customer database to identify long-term customers requiring renewal of supply agreements.Monitor 15kg Bottle Utilisation reports to identify customers in your region that are overstocked and need review.Monitor all Supagas dehires through Citrus reporting and internal communications to identify customers at risk of leaving Supagas supply.Adhere to current re-sign price guideline structure.Complete weekly proactive reports to management.Organise in-person meetings with identified customers within 24 hours of dehire.Address any existing issues and secure new supply agreements.BenefitsA friendly and supportive team environment.Company reward and recognition program.Professional learning and development opportunities.Opportunities for career progression.Employee Assistance Program and Wellbeing initiatives.Skills and Experience:A passion for sales, through activities that retain and develop new business.At least 2 years'' experience in a similar role or as a sales representative.Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve sales targets.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Tenacity and resilience to handle rejection and persist for the best outcome.Organized, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing workload efficiently.Most importantly, at Supagas, we value attitude above all else.
