You will be tasked with creating a high-performance culture, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained.As we drive towards the goal of achieving market-leading turn-around times this role requires proven leadership in business banking, strong customer relationship management skills, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. This role can be located in Bendigo, Ballarat or Geelong.In this dynamic and high-impact role, youll make your mark by:Lead and coach a remote team of Business Banking Relationship Associates, driving performance and capability developmentChampion customer-centricity, ensuring quality support and exceeding expectationsOversee operational efficiency, maintaining compliance and consistently meeting service timeframesWork to remove barriers and obstacles for your team by providing feedback and insights that enable changeCollaborate closely with stakeholders across the bank to deliver seamless serviceWhat youll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, you will have:Proven leadership experience in a similar business banking or general banking environmentStrong understanding of customer relationship management and operational excellenceExceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to fostering a positive and high-performing team cultureA passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goalsWe would also love you to have:A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance or a related disciplineExperience with Active Ops / Workware planning and methodologies desirableSo, why work with us?Want big impact that matters?
