You can work remotely, or from our Mildura headquarters if you are considering relocating. This is your opportunity to influence strategic talent acquisition outcomes, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, people-first culture across a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation:Partner with a dedicated client group of leaders on a diverse range of people matters, providing professional and business focused HR advice and supportContribute to and deliver an outstanding end to end recruitment function ensuring alignment with MADEC values and business requirementsAdvise and support leaders in a range of HR practices including employee performance and developmentUnder the guidance of the HR Manager, manage and resolve employment relations issues, ensuring timely and appropriate actionsContribute to a range of HR projects that focus on enhancing organisational culture, employee engagement and building a collective MADEC team environmentAbout youYou are an experienced HR professional with a passion for people, culture and workplace performance improvements. To be considered you must possess the following:An Australian degree in Human Resources, or similarAt least 5 years experience in a HR Advisor, HR Consultant or HR Business Partner roleDemonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisitionA working knowledge of Fair Work legislation in relation to performance and disciplinary mattersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsInfluencing and coaching capabilitiesExperience in change management and process improvementIntermediate MS Office and previous HRIS system experienceUltimately, the breadth of this role can be determined by your strengths and previous experience.
