Add expected salary to your profile for insightsNexus Airlines is looking for a Reservations Manager to lead our high-performing reservations team and ensure the smooth, efficient, and customer-focused management of our reservation systems across SABRE and Takeflite.The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of efficient and customer-focused reservations services across Nexus Airlines. This includes managing a high-performing reservations team, ensuring optimal use and integrity of airline reservation systems (including Takeflite and SABRE), and maintaining data accuracy across both systems. The role plays a key part in supporting commercial outcomes, managing seat inventory, handling disruptions, and liaising with operational and finance teams to optimise sales, yield, and customer experience. What Youll Be Doing:Manage day-to-day operations of the Reservations department, ensuring timely and professional serviceOversee content, accuracy, and system integrity across SABRE and TakefliteWork closely with agents, tourism partners, and corporate clients to resolve issues and build strong relationshipsLead responses to schedule changes, disruptions, escalations, and passenger claimsAlign booking operations with commercial objectives, including fare loading, sales campaigns, and inventory planningMonitor team performance, booking accuracy, customer satisfaction, and financial reconciliationCoach, support, and develop team members to drive a high-performance cultureLiase with the finance team to monitor seat allocation strategies, pricing accuracy, and revenue protection What Youll Bring:Proven experience managing airline reservations or GDS-based teamsStrong working knowledge of SABRE (essential); Takeflite experience is a bonusUnderstanding of fare rules, booking classes, ancillary sales, and distribution channelsConfidence in coaching teams, managing performance, and building a positive cultureA keen eye for process improvement, data accuracy, and operational efficiencyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFinancial acumen relating to pricing, refunds, revenue protection, and reportingBe part of a growing regional airline with strong community roots and big ambitionsWork alongside passionate professionals in a supportive, people-first cultureMake a direct impact on customer experience and commercial successEnjoy career development opportunities and system-specific trainingTo apply, please submit a cover letter and resume outlining your relevant qualifications and experience.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
