Assistant Farm Managers looking for their next position are invited to apply for a fulltime position in a dynamic family-owned faming business operating multiple farms at Sale on the coast in eastern Victoria; the farms carry sheep, a beef herd and produce dry land and irrigated crops using modern infrastructure and technology.Starting now and reporting to the owners, in this hands-on role, the Assistant Farm Manager will be involved in production and maintenance all 3 key areas of the business.The position is best suited to an energetic Assistant Farm Manager with leadership and team working skills, sheep and beef husbandry knowledge and practical experience, pasture, forage, mechanical, water and maintenance experience who shows attention to detail in their work.Assistant Farm Managers who demonstrate these skills and are ready to take the next step in their career are also encouraged to apply as a managers position can be tailored to your preference for livestock, cropping or mixed farm management.
