The CSU assists individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis that prevents them from maintaining a healthy life in the community, such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, and suicidal ideations. Services are delivered in a person-centered environment, meaning much attention is given to the environment and treatment approach such that clients feel welcomed, affirmed, and validated. Clients play an active part in the treatment planning process, providing input on their goals for treatment.Psychiatrist SummaryWe are currently looking for psychiatrists for a part-time position. The psychiatrist is responsible for admissions, assessments and follow up with clients in the crisis unit bed facility, a 15-bed facility.The hours are flexible: The need for the program is 1-2 days per week with 4-5 hours shifts. There is also a need for a rotating on-call schedule.FrontLine Service offers a competitive salary, great benefits, a dynamic working environment and flexible hours/scheduling.
