This includes inventory management, setup, management of delivery teams, and supply of CCEPs wide range of equipment.The OpportunityLocation: ToowoombaHours: 8am to 4pm, Monday to FridayOn call every third week and weekendService Vehicle, iPhone, and iPad providedThe RoleThe key objective of the Cold Drinks Technician role is to support the EQS team by providing high-quality beverage dispensing equipment to internal and external stakeholders, driving sales growth and contributing to KPI success within the Equipment & Services department. The technician will respond to and repair breakdowns of beverage equipment at customer sites, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain Dispensing Equipment, Vending Machines, Frozen Beverage Equipment, and Coffee Machines.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate actively in Toolbox Talks, safety audits, and safety behavior initiatives.Ensure overdue incidents, hazards, and tasks are closed out in a timely manner, maintaining Beakon compliance.Service equipment to the highest standards, including preventative maintenance and quality assurance work.Complete equipment refurbishment efficiently, using only necessary parts.Manage inventory through stocktakes and cycle counts as scheduled.Follow standard procedures and policies, correctly record time using systems like Kronos.Participate in continuous improvement projects and ongoing training to develop technical skills.About YouWe are looking for candidates with the following skills, attributes, and experience:Proven relationship management skills, especially in collaborative and cross-functional environments.Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize multiple initiatives.Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and responsive under pressure.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Proficient with systems such as SAP, MyApps, OSP, and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety standards.Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualifications.Whats in it for you?Enjoy a supportive team environment with benefits including:Financial wellbeing options like pension and travel support.Health and wellbeing benefits, including discounted Bupa health insurance.Work/life balance initiatives, including paid parental leave.Employee Share Scheme.Perks & extras such as monthly staff sampling, Carers Support portal, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
