hear from you!KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESStrong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.Experience in submissions, tenders, or bid management, preferably in the landscape architecture or related industry.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and refine strategies.Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management best practices.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESProject SubmissionsAct as primary contact for all relevant tender portals and identify and review new tender opportunities for issue to senior team for consideration.Register all agreed submissions in the system and maintain a current tender register with submission statusPrepare draft submissions for Team Leader review and coordinate responses to selection criteria requiring Team Leader/LA input.Collaborate with internal team to ensure submissions align with selection criteria and quality standards.Prepare, compile, and submit professional, compliant, and timely proposals.Track submissions, follow up on outcomes, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Conduct data analysis on submission performance (wins vs. losses) to refine future submission strategies.Maintain and update the submission library, ensuring templates and references are current and cross-referenced correctly.Regularly review and update project team CVs to align with submission requirements.Attend mandatory submission briefings and pre-registration meetings as required (estimated 1 every 2-3 months).Business Development and Opportunity IdentificationProactively research and identify new business opportunities, including tenders, grants and requests for proposals (RFPs).Develop and maintain a pipeline of upcoming submission opportunities aligned with PLAN Es growth strategies and core values.Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as private sector clients, industry partners and local and state government agencies.Identify, coordinate and organise targeted marketing or business development opportunities, including industry related networking and professional development events such as UDIA and AILACommunications and Marketing SupportAct as primary contact for PLAN Es marketing consultant and coordinate social media content in collaboration with internal team, reviewing and editing content to maintain quality, consistency and alignment with brand.Coordinate with PLAN Es external graphic designer and website manager to update website content, including adding completed projects, to ensure alignment with the companys brand and strategic goals.Coordinate and manage industry award submissions and industry competition entries to enhance company recognition.Support internal communication efforts, particularly between the Perth and Melbourne offices, with a focus on HR and team-building initiatives.Provide mentoring, support and training to internal team on effective and appropriate written communication format, style and content for different communication types (emails, letters, memos, reports etc)Project Sheets & PublicationsPrepares marketing sheets as projects are completed.Prepares marketing material including downloadable booklets and printed brochuresAdditional Responsibilities:Ensure all company communication materials align with brand guidelines and quality standards.Identify and source high-quality images for digital and print materials, maintaining an organized digital asset library.Comply with all company policies and uphold corporate values in all professional activities.GeneralMaintains up to date knowledge and
