The successful candidate will oversee contract management, tender processes, technical assessments, project documentation, and compliance to ensure the seamless delivery of construction and event operations.BenefitsDiverse projects across property development, investment, and major event operationsCareer progression within a growing, multi-industry groupCollaborative team culture with supportive leadershipExposure to leading consultants, contractors, and event partnersBe part of property projects from acquisition to completionHands-on involvement with nationally recognised sporting eventsOpportunities for professional development and skill growthStable, privately owned business with a strong reputationVaried role with both property and event coordination tasksCommitment to high standards, operational excellence, and project successTask & responsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage contracts for property acquisition, development, and construction projects.Coordinate legal documentation, option agreements, stamp duty, and settlement preparation.Manage site due diligence activities, including surveys, environmental, heritage, and technical assessments.Liaise with town planners, architects, engineers, and council representatives to support development applications, approvals, and subdivision plans.Oversee design documentation and technical specifications for infrastructure, utilities, and landscaping.Support construction management, internal infrastructure coordination, and utility connections.Tender preparation, evaluation, and appointment of civil contractors and suppliers.Maintain project documentation, including variations, purchase orders, and compliance records.Monitor project budgets, assist with cost control, and support financial reporting.Qualification & experienceQualification in Construction Management, Business, Event Logistics, or a related discipline.Minimum 2 years experience in contract administration within property development, construction, or event operations.Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and project management processes.Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage diverse tasks across property, construction, and transport projects.Proficiency with project management and document control software.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.About CompanyBHX Group Holdings Pty Ltd is a diversified business with operations spanning property investment, development, transport and events management.
