You will be responsible for driving recruitment solutions, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service delivery, and achieving your sales target.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees.Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance.Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.Skills & Experience RequiredRecent graduate or graduate-calibre candidate with relevant sales experienceA growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback-you are a hungry learner!Proven persistence, consistency, and resilienceTarget-driven with strong attention to detailNaturally inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spiritProfessional business English speaking/writing is required for the roleWhat''s in it for You?Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission,International relocation and global transfer opportunities.Structured training and career development programmes.
