They specialise in delivering custom solutions within a highly regulated environment.They are looking for an organised, friendly and capable Administration Assistant who is comfortable working in a trade workshop/engineering environment and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to support the team.About the RoleThis casual role is for two days per week, with the potential to move to permanent part time. You will need to be available every Friday (8am 3pm) as well as one other day earlier in the week (e.g., Monday/Tuesday 8am 5pm). Approximately 15 hours per week.Based at reception, you will be the first point of contact in person, on the phone, and via email. You will assist in preparing quotes, processing invoices and following up on these, data entry into spreadsheets and engineering reports, drafting legal documents, and assisting with document filing and order dispatch. You should be comfortable pitching in where needed, from running errands to cleaning the office.About YouExperience working in vehicle trade, mechanical workshop, parts retail, or engineering is not necessary but will help you settle into the role more easily.
