As a Transport & Warehouse Support, youll step in where needed across our Southern Highlands operations whether thats loading freight, helping in the warehouse, or jumping behind the wheel to make deliveries. If youre someone who enjoys variety, thrives on being helpful, and is comfortable switching gears throughout the day, this could be the perfect fit.ResponsibilitiesSupport warehouse functions such as loading/unloading, freight handling, and general housekeepingStep into delivery driving duties as required including local runs and customer interactionsAssist with organising freight and staging freight for next-day dispatchFollow safety protocols and operational procedures across both warehouse and driving tasksCommunicate with team leaders and dispatch to ensure smooth day-to-day coordinationRepresent First Choice Couriers professionally on the road and in the warehouseSkillsValid drivers licence and a safe driving recordExperience in a warehouse or transport environment preferredFlexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the dayGood communication skills and a positive, team-first attitudePhysical fitness to manage manual handling tasksForklift licence is advantageous but not essentialWhy Work with First Choice Couriers?First Choice Couriers has a strong, dedicated and reliable team, which is reflective of the services delivered.
