Little Wonders Montessori is a 50-place centre located in Darra & Yeronga, featuring natural outdoor play spaces and fully resourced Montessori classrooms.Who We SeekWe are looking for qualified and experienced Childcare workers to join our growing team at multiple locations - Yeronga & Darra.Ideal candidates will have an interest in Montessori Philosophy and will work alongside passionate educators and our experienced Centre Director. We use StoryPark for observations, programming, and parent communication.ResponsibilitiesWeekly and monthly programming in StoryParkAssisting in preparing materials and equipment for educational and recreational activitiesWriting daily, weekly, and monthly observationsManaging children''s behaviour and guiding social developmentPreparing and conducting activities for childrenEngaging children through reading and gamesSupervising daily routines and hygiene of childrenWe offer competitive wages, flexible work schedules (including 9- and 8-day fortnights), additional programming time, and on-the-job Montessori training. Our full-time Montessori trainer provides hands-on support, including StoryPark programming, observation mentoring, and day book management. We also support ongoing professional development to help you grow in Montessori philosophy.
