In this dynamic role, youll be the welcoming face and voice of Southcoast BMW, supporting both our customers and Sales team to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience from the outset.You will receive dedicated trainingboth in-house and externallyto support your professional development and help you grow within the automotive industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering and directing calls through a busy switchboardGreeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAssisting with incoming and outgoing mailSupporting the Sales team with data entry and administrative tasksMaintaining a clean and professional front-of-house presentationAbout YouWe''re looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
