This is a great entry level role and involves a range of administration tasks, including:Internal and external deliveries including document lodgment (court filing, titles office)Covering reception and assisting with meeting room setup for meetings, conferences, seminars, and presentations.Photocopying, scanning, printing, and mailroom assistanceMonitoring and ordering stationery and kitchen suppliesArchiving and filing assistanceDaily banking and other finance dutiesAssistance to business support teams; Marketing, IT, Finance, People & Culture, and Knowledge.The successful candidate will be employed initially on a 12-month contract. Advancement into legal secretarial or other office administration roles within IT, Finance or Marketing may also be available at the completion of the contract.Essential Experience and CriteriaTo be successful in this role you will possess:A "can do" approach with a strong customer service focus;Motivated to take initiativeStrong interpersonal and communication skills;Smart professional presentation;Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills;A proactive, highly organised approach with the ability to multi-taskA desire to learn and grow within a supportive environment.This is a full time position.
