Key Responsibilities: Support site operations including grain receival, storage, and dispatch Contribute to WHSE compliance and food safety standards Assist with inventory, maintenance, and logistics coordination Liaise with transport providers, growers, and contractors Step in for the Site Manager when required About You: Early in your career but eager to learn and grow in the grain industry, or well experienced with a desire to learn about the grain industry Background or interest in agriculture, logistics, or site operations Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Ability to work well under pressure Authorised Officer accreditation or willingness to obtain it Current drivers licence (other site-related tickets an advantage) This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a well-established business committed to quality, safety, and development.
