About the RoleThis is not a stepping-stone role were looking for an experienced operator who can hit the ground running and take charge.Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing day-to-day job scheduling, technician coordination, and resource planningManaging job timelines, budgets, and client expectations across residential, commercial, and project workLeading a team of tradespeople, apprentices, and admin staff with clear communication and supportWorking closely with the Director and fellow Operations Manager to improve systems and scale the businessEnsuring compliance with WHS, quality control, and company processesManaging materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and project handoversSupporting quoting, job tracking, invoicing and reporting What Youll Need to Bring:Proven experience in operations management within plumbing, construction, or a similar trade/service environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience with scheduling, budgeting, and project managementConfidence using systems like simPRO (or similar job management software)A proactive mindset and a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfactionThe ability to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball Bonus Points For:Plumbing trade background (even if youre now off the tools)Knowledge of WHS requirements and reportingAbility to mentor and motivate others in a fast-paced, high-performing teamApply Now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
