As a leading provider in the Assisted-Living Technology industry, we are seeking a Permanent Accounts Clerk to join our team.Position Overview: As an Accounts Receivable & Payable Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly. In this role, you will share responsibility for handling all the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions with two others, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming receipts, reconciliations, and payment processing.This is a Permanent Full Time position for 37.5 hours per week and is available for an immediate start.QualificationsExperience in accounts receivable and accounts payableUnderstanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Business Central preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and distribute accurate and timely customer and supplier invoices.Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.Maintain accurate records of customer payments, supplier payments and adjustments.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.Reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactionsProvide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner via phone and emailOther accounts and office functions as requiredWhat We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
