Youll be a trusted advisor, supporting leaders through workforce planning, employee relations, change management, and capability developmentwhile fostering a positive and high-performing workplace.What You''ll DoPartner with program leaders to deliver tailored HR supportManage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and performance mattersDrive workforce planning and strategic HR initiativesLead and coach a high-performing HR OfficerChampion our culture, values and employee experienceHelp shape and implement HR frameworks, policies and systemsWhat Youll NeedTertiary qualifications in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years experience in HR advisory/consulting rolesProven ability to manage complex ER/IR issuesStrong communication, coaching and problem-solving skillsA passion for innovation and continuous improvementCurrent drivers licence and police check (completed by Intereach)Success in the roleInitial goal for the HR Business Partner will be a focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholdersincluding executives, managers, and frontline staffwhile developing a deep understanding of Intereachs mission, values, and workforce dynamics.Why Intereach?At Intereach, were more than a workplace were a community.
