Were seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead the execution and performance of Signature Hospitality Groups digitally led marketing programs.This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who appreciates the importance of brand building and full-funnel marketing.Youll be responsible for managing always-on and campaign-based digital media for the groups house of brands (Sporting Globe, TGI Fridays, Varsity, and more to come), working closely with internal teams and agency partners to drive growth.Primary ResponsibilitiesContribute to the group digital media strategy, while overseeing digital media channel performance across platforms such as Meta, Google Display & SEM, Uber Eats, Programmatic Video, Audio & OOHEnd-to-end campaign execution involvement, including planning, briefing, optimisation, and reportingManage and evolve the end-to-end execution of performance-led campaigns and interventions across Paid channels, while collaborating with Owned & Earned channel ownersCollaborate with internal stakeholders including the Digital Team, Brand Teams, Operations, Franchise Partners and external agencies to align on goals and deliverablesChampion a test-and-learn approach, using data and insights to continuously optimise performance and evolve the media mixAlign marketing tactics with business objectives and customer journeys, from awareness through to conversion and loyaltyStay ahead of digital trends, platform updates and best practices to maintain an effective and market leading media mixKEY SELECTION CRITERIA3+ years experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on digital media and performance marketingComfortable working across a broad channel mix, with a sound understanding of top-of-funnel brand, bottom-of-funnel performance tactics, and how they can work togetherProven hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns and working with agency partners and/or vendorsExperience with brands that have physical locations and digital lead generation (e.g., hospitality, retail, QSR, fitness) is highly desirableDemonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionA growth mindset, curiosity for your craft, and a passion for the categoryAmbitious and open to expanding your remit as the business growsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIESCustomer focusCompany pride and team loyaltyConfidence and enthusiasmProfessionalism and expertiseCompassion and humanityCommitment to goals and resultsWHY JOIN THE TEAMCompetitive renumeration packageRapidly expanding business with opportunities to progress within the company and across brandsOpportunity to make a significant impact on revenue growthA fun an energetic team environmentBe celebrated through recognition, birthdays, team events, lunches and more!Training and developmentFully stocked kitchen with snacks and drinksDiscounts across The Sporting Globe and TGI Fridays networkOther InformationAlthough the position is mainly worked between Monday to Friday, evening and weekend work may be required.Travel to interstate and remote/regional areas may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
