Make it your story.Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships.The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Low Voltage business division in Perth with an additional national focus on managing the Mining, Oil & Gas as a segmentYou will be mainly accountable for:Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for WA.Additionally you will be the Segment lead for mining and Oil & Gas nationally supporting the local technical promotion specialist within this segment.Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.Qualifications for the roleYou are a seasoned business development professional with at least 5 years experience within the mining and oil & gas industry.Ability to demonstrate your experience in running large project opportunities with multiple stakeholders..Previous experience in CRM platforms, such as Saleforce. You are passionate about building high level relationships within organisations while still being at ease presenting technical solutions.Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.You are at ease communicating in EnglishMore about usElectrification provides leading electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions and services to electrify the world in a safe, smart and sustainable way.
