Exciting opportunity to join SAs iconic RAAPermanent part-time role based in Adelaide CBD with Hybrid working availablePlay a key role in delivering accurate financial processing across our Travel businessYour new opportunityWe have a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated Travel Accounts Officer to join our Finance team at RAA in a permanent, part-time capacity (22.5 hours per week).In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling RAAs Travel Trust Account through the Tramada Mid-Office System and Finance One. You''ll support travel consultants with accounting processes, contribute to accurate financial reporting, and assist in the continual improvement of travel-related workflows.This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for numbers, process accuracy, and the travel industry.You will be instrumental in:Reconciling daily bank statements and processing supplier payments and commissionsEnsuring accurate GST reporting and month-end financial proceduresIssuing agent error reports and supporting Travel Support with financial trainingProviding assistance to travel consultants with Tramada financial processesPreparing monthly and annual financial/statistical travel reportsIdentifying process improvements and maintaining up-to-date proceduresWhat will set you apart from the restYou are a confident and detail-focused individual with a proactive attitude and excellent customer service.
