This will include a mix of proactive and reactive tasks in addition to the general reporting and source administration duties of the Intelligence Unit.In This Role, You WillProduce tactical and strategic intelligence assessments using internal and external data sources.Handle sensitive or confidential material in accordance with relevant policies and processes.Engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including presenting analysis and reports to boards and committees.Plan, organise and prioritise various work tasks with minimal supervision.About YouIn order to succeed in the role, you will have:A detailed understanding, or ability to quickly acquire a detailed understanding, of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other relevant legislation, as well as a sound general knowledge of the role and functions of the ACCC/AER.A demonstrated ability to effectively:Write a range of tactical and strategic intelligence products clearly and with influence to meet audience needs.Plan, organise and prioritise various work tasks with minimal supervision.Think critically to research, analyse and evaluate complex issues.Communicate clearly and effectively in different contexts including to decision makers at presentations and workshops.Lead a project to completion to achieve an outcome.Work collaboratively with other people as an effective team member, help build and sustain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders both in person and virtually.To find out more about us and the role, please read the Candidate Kit.How To ApplyYou will be asked to respond to the statement of claims of no more than 800 words and submit your resume with key outcomes or what you are most proud of in each role you have held (2 pages maximum)Salary: APS6 $99,562 - $111,590 (plus 15.4% superannuation)Contact Officer: Fraser Inwood (02) 6243 1338Applications Close: 11:00pm (AEST), Sunday 3 August 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
